Description

  • Design, code, test, and debug software applications following established coding standards and best practices.
  • Develop front-end and back-end components with attention to performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and consistency.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture documents, design documents, and user guides.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and support successful product releases.
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and performance tests, including automated testing frameworks.
  • Use version control systems to manage and track source code changes.
  • Stay current on industry trends and propose process improvements to increase development efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proven experience designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
  • Strong Python programming skills; familiarity with other modern programming languages is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and related software development tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
  • Experience with front-end and/or back-end frameworks and technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, Spring, or Django.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems and data modeling concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in and based in the United States.
