Description

  • Develop and revise annual strategic account business plans to meet revenue and pipeline growth targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global strategic accounts across functions, geographies, and supply chains.
  • Create strategic account plans that map customer locations, products, pricing, and supply chains.
  • Identify opportunities for transactional sales, specification approvals, and placement on approved vendor lists.
  • Capture Voice of Customer feedback and relay account needs to business unit teams for product and service improvements.
  • Translate customer program objectives into opportunities that align Dymax technologies, services, and innovation roadmap.
  • Coordinate with Global Product Managers and internal functional teams to provide customer-specific briefings, training, and commercial updates.
  • Apply market and customer intelligence to forecast needs, develop sales pipelines, and create new business opportunities.
  • Champion assigned accounts internally and advocate for coordinated support at key decision points.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in engineering or science, or equivalent experience, required.
  • 7+ years of B2B strategic sales experience required.
  • Adhesives or chemical industry experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to win and grow large accounts through innovative commercial practices.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including business writing and executive presentations.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional, multicultural, and global teams.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively as a remote employee.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available at this time.
