Description

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team, including goal setting, roadmap prioritization, and delivery oversight.
  • Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the analytics function.
  • Build and embed AI-augmented workflows for data exploration, anomaly detection, narrative generation, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Serve as the primary analytical partner to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance leadership.
  • Translate revenue strategy into measurable frameworks, including metrics, leading indicators, and reporting cadences.
  • Contribute to annual planning cycles such as quota modeling, capacity planning, territory design, and headcount analysis.
  • Own the end-to-end revenue reporting infrastructure, including dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting in Hex, Looker, and Salesforce.
  • Lead forecasting analytics to improve call accuracy and pipeline predictability across segments.
  • Analyze funnel conversion, deal velocity, retention, expansion, and NRR trends to identify gaps and recommend actions.
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses that are rigorous, clearly communicated, and tied to specific decisions or actions.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards, including metric definitions, field hygiene, documentation, and change management.
  • Partner with Systems and BI/Data Engineering teams to ensure Salesforce, Looker, HubSpot, and Gong data is clean, consistent, and trustworthy.
  • Identify automation and AI-assisted analysis opportunities to increase throughput and reduce manual reporting work.
  • Drive cross-functional analytical initiatives such as territory planning, comp modeling, renewal health scoring, and TAM analysis.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related GTM analytics role.
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading analytics or operations teams.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce reporting and at least one BI platform, with Hex strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience owning commission plan modeling, forecasting models, pipeline analytics, and executive-level reporting.
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with data.
  • Experience with AI or LLM tools for accelerating analytical workflows is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into crisp, decision-ready narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • High analytical standards with a strong focus on QA, precision, and speed.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while also drilling into underlying details and methodology.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, including influence without authority across senior cross-functional leaders.
  • Experience in POS SaaS, retail tech, fintech, or other high-volume transactional businesses is a bonus.
  • Experience designing or implementing data governance frameworks in a scaling GTM organization is a bonus.
  • Background working in or alongside a RevOps function across the full customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention to expansion is a bonus.

  • Starting salary of $132,000 to $178,000, depending on the intended level for the role.
