Description

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
  • Coach the sales team using data and real-time feedback to improve performance and skills.
  • Own the new business quota and manage the pipeline to meet aggressive growth targets.
  • Standardize and reinforce MEDDPICC across the team to improve qualification, forecasting, and win rates.
  • Use Salesforce, Slack, Gong, and AI-driven tools to automate workflows and improve productivity.
  • Develop creative sales strategies to compete effectively and navigate regulatory complexity.
  • Maintain a consultative, customer-first sales approach to build long-term dispensary partnerships.
  • Support expansion into new markets as Dutchie continues to grow.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS or Fintech environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of MEDDPICC.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Gong.
  • Experience using AI tools to streamline the sales cycle.
  • Ability to communicate complex product offerings such as POS, Payments, and Ecommerce clearly to dispensary owners and MSOs.
  • Startup mindset with the ability to move quickly and adapt to change.
  • High energy and a strong focus on team development and customer experience.
