Description

  • Strengthen and expand the Central Field Sales organization by refining territory models and go-to-market plans.
  • Lead Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives focused on acquiring and expanding small and midsize businesses.
  • Set regional strategy and drive execution to deliver consistent, measurable growth.
  • Build a culture of performance, accountability, competitiveness, and high standards.
  • Spend time in the field coaching, co-selling, and demonstrating product fluency.
  • Serve as a product expert and help teams sell consultatively by connecting products to seller outcomes.
  • Manage pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting, and sales productivity to drive predictable growth.
  • Continuously improve systems, tools, and playbooks to help the team scale more effectively.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Ops, Partnerships, and Product to align regional execution with broader strategy.
  • Attract, retain, and develop high-performing sales talent across the region.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years leading regional or field sales teams.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS, fintech, or payments environment.
  • Track record of exceeding regional revenue and productivity goals.
  • Proven ability to build high-performance teams and coaching-driven cultures.
  • Strong product acumen with the ability to position complex, multi-product solutions.
  • Ability to use data to guide decisions and manage performance.
  • Deep operational expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to move fast, stay resourceful, and operationalize what works at scale.
