Description

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies for Marketing, Creative, Business, and G&A roles.
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier talent using outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement.
  • Attend intake meetings to understand role requirements in detail.
  • Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment and share calibrated recommendations with hiring managers.
  • Create market maps and talent intelligence reports that provide TAM insights and inform sourcing priorities.
  • Run A/B tests on outreach strategies and iterate to improve candidate funnel performance.
  • Balance high-volume outreach with personalized, high-quality candidate engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of sourcing experience supporting Marketing, Creative, Business, and G&A roles.
  • Experience with high-volume outbound sourcing.
  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with diverse and hard-to-reach talent pools.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools such as Gem and SeekOut.
  • Fluency in Boolean logic.
  • Experience with CRM re-engagement searches and talent communities.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven approach that balances speed and precision in candidate engagement (preferred).
  • Long-running Duolingo streak (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary of $119,000 to $161,000 USD.
  • Base salary is supplemented by equity compensation.
