Description

  • Screen applicants for warehouse and logistics roles such as Pick Packers, Process Workers, Forklift Drivers, and Truck Drivers.
  • Conduct candidate interviews via Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including reference checks, police checks, inductions, physical assessments, and other compliance steps.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist candidates with shift enquiries, work opportunities, and call-ins.
  • Manage shared inboxes and communicate with clients about absenteeism, staffing requests, and operational needs.
  • Update and maintain daily and weekly rosters, including roster changes as required.
  • Provide after-hours support on weekends, public holidays, and as rostered.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to follow processes.
  • A compliance-focused mindset.
  • Previous recruitment experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong admin and customer service background will be considered in lieu of recruitment experience.
  • Confidence in making a high volume of outbound calls and screening candidates by phone.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be amenable to work rotational shifts.
