Description

  • Own a defined territory or book of business and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts and pursue net-new business.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders from project leaders to C-level executives.
  • Uncover customer challenges and create tailored solutions that maximize value and impact.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through closing, onboarding, and expansion.
  • Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing opportunities, structuring deals, and managing negotiations.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to support client success.
  • Stay current on trends in reality capture, AI, and field operations to position DroneDeploy competitively.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, including a 120-day rolling forecast, and consistently work toward quota attainment.

Requirements

  • 1 to 7+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling into AEC, Energy, or other field-based or emerging industries is strongly valued.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make high-stakes decisions in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
  • Consultative, solution-oriented sales approach with experience building consensus and driving value.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to quickly adopt new sales and AI tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Open to candidates from High Velocity, Mid-Market, and Enterprise sales segments.
