Description

  • Build and maintain Dragos’s lead-to-order architecture across marketing, sales, contracting, ERP, and billing platforms.
  • Design and deliver Salesforce applications using declarative automation, Apex, Lightning components, and supporting data models.
  • Remediate technical debt by simplifying brittle automation, consolidating redundant objects and fields, and replacing workarounds.
  • Lead requirements, testing, cutover, migrations, and tool rollouts for cross-functional systems projects.
  • Build, monitor, test, and document integrations and APIs across business systems.
  • Implement governance and security standards, including release management, role-based access, field-level security, and data segmentation.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Experience, and IT Security to translate requirements into maintainable solutions.
  • Develop validated AI capabilities within go-to-market workflows, including agents, CRM assistants, and automation.
  • Provide senior-level troubleshooting, code and configuration reviews, documentation, and change-management guidance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience building business systems or go-to-market platforms, with deep lead-to-order or quote-to-cash experience.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise; Sales Cloud experience is required.
  • Hands-on development experience with declarative automation, Apex or equivalent, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration platforms or middleware.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning components, and CPQ; Salesforce Platform Developer certification is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation, sales engagement, CLM/e-signature, and ERP integration patterns.
  • Track record of shipping complex solutions and remediating technical debt in live production environments.
  • Experience implementing role-based access, field-level security, and data segmentation; federal or public-sector experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical tradeoffs to executives and validation rules to administrators.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to operate independently while maintaining high standards for platform quality.
  • Experience building with AI tools; cybersecurity or OT/industrial industry experience is preferred.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.
