Description

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing client relationships.
  • Manage customer support and serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through regular engagement.
  • Prepare and present sales, support, and market reports to senior management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to improve sales and support efficiency.
  • Develop and implement regional business development plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive market expansion and competitive positioning within the antibody discovery ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Lead market expansion for DPBIO’s antibody discovery platform across Europe and the UK.
  • Extensive experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and technical consultation through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Documented track record of closing complex, high-value scientific or platform-based deals.
  • 5+ years of experience in the antibody discovery or biologics development field.
  • Experience with flow cytometry and FACS platforms.
  • Established relationships within antibody-focused biotech companies, immunology research groups, or biologics discovery teams.
  • Experience building partnerships and expanding market share in scientific or life science markets.
  • Ability to develop and execute regional commercial strategies.
  • Experience providing technical consultation and customer-facing support.
  • Nice to have familiarity with cell sorting and single-cell workflows.
