Description

  • Own regional revenue performance, including pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment.
  • Coach Account Executives on pipeline generation, discovery, deal strategy, and closing to improve win rates.
  • Inspect pipeline rigorously and drive accountability around qualification and disqualification.
  • Partner with SDR, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to improve pipeline quality, conversion, and lead handoffs.
  • Engage in late-stage deals to support strategy, executive alignment, and procurement navigation.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for outreach, discovery, and deal execution to scale sales processes.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent and build a high-performance sales culture.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expansion of existing customers into multi-project, multi-year deployments.
  • Ensure strong cross-functional alignment with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer teams for predictable deal progression.

Requirements

  • 2–7 years of experience leading high-performing SaaS sales teams.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline and driving consistent quota attainment across a team.
  • Demonstrated deal judgment and the ability to coach qualification, disqualification, and late-stage strategy.
  • Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Disciplined approach to forecasting, pipeline inspection, and sales process execution.
  • High standards for execution, communication, and accountability.
  • Ability to attract, develop, and retain top sales talent.
  • Ability to operate in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones and travel an average of two times per month.

  • Competitive base salary (listed $340,000 - $380,000 a year) and equity package.
  • OTE listed at $300,000 - $340,000 (uncapped), plus equity and benefits.
