Description

  • Manage day-to-day immigration cases, including work visas, green cards, and compliance tracking.
  • Review immigration petitions and applications for accuracy.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders on immigration processes, policies, and timelines.
  • Partner with employees, managers, recruiters, vendors, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and the Global Immigration team to maintain alignment and compliance.
  • Contribute to scalable practices and program enhancements that improve transparency, predictability, and employee experience.
  • Support a fast-paced global People team through collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Manage a portfolio of immigration cases with strong attention to accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in US immigration, such as with a law firm, vendor, or in-house program.
  • Experience supporting high-volume immigration programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of US immigration categories, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, and green card processes.
  • Experience with Americas immigration, particularly Canada and Mexico.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases at once with accuracy and care.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with employees and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience with case management systems or centralized vendor platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and grow scope over time.
  • Curiosity and openness to using AI tools to improve efficiency and insights.
  • Availability to fill the position by 5/30/26.
