Description

  • Design and continuously improve onboarding for SDRs, AEs, and AMs across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
  • Build and run year-round learning programs covering skills training, product education, bootcamps, and sales kickoff content.
  • Select, customize, and operationalize a sales methodology across the organization and reinforce it through coaching and deal reviews.
  • Create differentiated enablement playbooks for SaaS, Ads, and Marketplace solutions.
  • Build and govern the sales content strategy, including decks, one-pagers, case studies, battle cards, ROI tools, and templates.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Ads, and Operations to launch new features and offerings with training, certification, and readiness measurement.
  • Develop frontline managers through coaching frameworks, call review rituals, and deal coaching playbooks.
  • Establish the enablement operating cadence for intake, prioritization, launches, feedback loops, and post-mortems.
  • Lead the deployment and adoption of Claude and other AI tools across Sales, including workflows, prompt libraries, and certification paths.
  • Represent Sales in cross-functional GTM AI forums and partner with Legal, Security, and IT on responsible AI use.
  • Define and track enablement and AI impact metrics such as ramp time, quota attainment, productivity, content utilization, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and develop a global team of enablement managers, trainers, instructional designers, coaches, and GTM program leads.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or Sales Leadership in high-growth SaaS, Ads, or Marketplace companies.
  • 5+ years leading enablement teams.
  • Proven success designing onboarding and continuous-learning programs that reduced ramp time and improved quota attainment at scale.
  • Deep knowledge of sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, and SPIN, with experience embedding them across a multi-segment sales organization.
  • Strong content strategy experience, including governance, taxonomy, sales content tooling, and measurement of content effectiveness.
  • Experience designing manager coaching frameworks, call review programs, and deal inspection rituals.
  • Experience tailoring enablement for multiple business models and segments, including SaaS, Ads, Marketplace, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise.
  • Applied AI deployment experience with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, or Copilot, including prompt design, workflow integration, change management, adoption metrics, and measurable outcomes.
  • Practical AI fluency with prompt engineering, human-in-the-loop workflows, model evaluation, and integration with CRM, enablement, and conversation intelligence platforms.
  • Experience building cross-functional partnerships with Product, Marketing, and Operations and representing Sales in broader GTM forums.
  • Strong strategic GTM thinking with the ability to translate product roadmaps into actionable sales motions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and executive presence with a data-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or Mindtickle, conversation intelligence tools such as Gong or Chorus, LMS tools, CRM systems, and enterprise AI platforms.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
