Description

  • Develop and build relationships with attorneys, law firms, case managers, and paralegals across Central Florida.
  • Reach out to attorneys, schedule weekly meetings, and maintain regular in-person and virtual touchpoints.
  • Foster existing attorney relationships and develop new ones to grow business across the assigned region.
  • Promote MoveDocs platform usage for medical scheduling and case workflow solutions.
  • Generate and expand pre-settlement funding opportunities through Oasis Financial.
  • Provide training on platform functionality, attorney portal tools, and funding solutions.
  • Handle attorney contact, including follow-up, answering questions, service coordination, and training needs.
  • Assist with scheduling plaintiffs for services as requested by attorney clients.
  • Maintain accurate activity notes, pipeline updates, and account plans in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with operations, underwriting, provider relations, and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • JD, MBA, or Paralegal degree is a plus.
  • Paralegal, legal, account management, or outside sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with attorneys or other professionals is a plus.
  • Must currently live in the Central Florida area; no relocation considered.
  • Ability to travel throughout Central Florida weekly, with approximately 60% travel and 40% remote office work.
  • High level of drive, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
  • Must be organized, confident, and passionate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
