Description

  • Assist the Regional Sales Operations Team with creating opportunities and managing deal registrations for active deals.
  • Navigate vendor portals to enter registrations in a timely manner.
  • Monitor deal registration reports to keep registrations current for active deals.
  • Maintain accurate contact information for the region’s Channel Managers.
  • Help internal sales teams connect with the appropriate vendor-side sales contacts.
  • Enter vendor quotes in Salesforce.com for new business and renewals.
  • Create future renewal opportunities based on closed/won reports.
  • Work with vendors and distributors to collect renewal quotes.
  • Perform data entry to prepare purchase orders for processing.
  • Support ad hoc projects including Salesforce data integrity, reporting, marketing event support, and renewal support.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a sales support role.
  • Prior experience with CRM software required.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly via email, phone, and written documents.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule is required.
  • Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools.
  • Open to receiving constructive feedback and applying it to improve results.
