Description

  • Own the full post-sale lifecycle for embedded API and white-label partners from onboarding through renewal.
  • Drive partners from contract signature to first live formation within 14 to 30 days.
  • Maintain a documented partner health score based on formation volume for every active partner.
  • Run quarterly business reviews and proactive partner touchpoints.
  • Manage at-risk partner designations, escalation paths, and save attempts to prevent churn.
  • Identify and surface expansion opportunities across annual reports, ITIN, tax, and other downstream products.
  • Track partner-sourced downstream revenue as a core success metric.
  • Serve as the voice of the partner across product, operations, and sales teams.
  • Log and assess custom partner requests for repeatability and revenue potential before engineering review.
  • Own the renewal cycle and enforce annual contracts per policy.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or partnerships.
  • Experience managing 20+ B2B partners or accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience owning or contributing to a partner onboarding playbook.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering on API or integration requests.
  • Comfort reading API documentation, understanding webhook flows, and communicating integration requirements.
  • Experience negotiating contract renewals or term adjustments with B2B partners.
  • Strong CRM discipline, with HubSpot experience and consistent logging of partner interactions and pipeline stages.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • SaaS startup experience, ideally in FinTech, LegalTech, or compliance, is preferred.
  • Experience building a partner health scorecard from scratch is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technical terminology around APIs is preferred.
