Description

  • Learn and communicate DomainTools technical architecture, product capabilities, and adoption paths to prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
  • Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept support to help secure technical wins.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on targeted demos tied to customer use cases.
  • Lead beginner training, onboarding, education, and the DomainTools Engage training program to drive customer adoption.
  • Provide T2/T3 technical support by triaging escalated tickets and working with product and engineering teams on resolutions.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define, test, and adapt new features and integrations.
  • Document best practices, lessons learned, and support materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Use Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, and Salesforce to track product, account, bug, and opportunity information.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to customer advocacy, feedback loops, and user adoption initiatives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in enterprise SaaS or Fortune 500 environments in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Working knowledge or recent experience with scripting languages for basic authoring.
  • Working knowledge of modern object-oriented programming languages for reading code.
  • Working knowledge of databases and analytical tools.
  • Experience explaining technical capabilities, API endpoints, and integration use cases to customer engineers.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues in an active support environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and articulate new technologies and value propositions clearly.
  • Ability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and wear multiple hats.
  • Preferred: experience or familiarity with the cybersecurity industry.
  • Preferred: understanding of OS, browser, OSI stack, DNS, domain registration, TCP/IP, and networking technologies.
  • Preferred: understanding of firewall and web proxy technologies.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of SIEM, TIP, and SOAR platforms.
  • Preferred: familiarity with JSON and RESTful API endpoints.
  • Preferred: familiarity with big data concepts and large on-premise dataset management.
