Description

  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored cloud solutions using Google Cloud Platform services.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to support customer success and satisfaction.
  • Develop detailed statements of work and service project scopes to define deliverables.
  • Assist the sales team with technical presentations, estimations, and SOW delivery.
  • Serve as a technical and business consultant to clients before, during, and after implementations.
  • Design and propose custom cloud-based solutions based on customer research and needs.
  • Prepare demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments based on client requirements.
  • Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in cloud or on-premise environments.
  • Support managed services delivery by helping ensure SLA adherence, incident management, and long-term operational stability.
  • Assist with deliverable work and provide internal support on new products and technologies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS; Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
  • Professional-level GCP certification required within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Experience strategizing, designing, architecting, and leading the deployment of scalable solutions on GCP is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with traditional infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, and cloud migrations.
  • Experience with GCP managed data services such as Cloud Bigtable, Cloud Spanner, Cloud SQL, or BigQuery.
  • Experience with AI Platform, GE Agent Platform, Agent Studio, or BigQuery ML for managing and deploying machine learning models.
  • Experience with container engines such as Kubernetes, Docker, or AWS Elastic Container Service.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Google Cloud Deployment Manager, AWS CloudFormation, or Microsoft Azure Automation.
  • Experience working with engineering and sales teams to elicit customer requirements.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience within a Managed Services Provider or large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of SLA-driven service delivery and operational best practices.
  • Willingness to work the 12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. IST shift in India for overlap with the global team.
