Description

  • Manage strategic and high-value client accounts to expand relationships and related revenue.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell activity to grow revenue while maintaining high client retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify accounts with the greatest growth potential and retention risk, then engage key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Dodge’s product suite and act as a trusted advisor on solution capabilities.
  • Conduct discovery to understand client business goals, workflows, priorities, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Present tailored, value-based solutions that align Dodge products and services to client needs and measurable business impact.
  • Own the post-sale client experience, including onboarding, ongoing engagement, and structured account management.
  • Build, maintain, and forecast an expansion pipeline while executing against growth targets.
  • Document activities, insights, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM and deliver timely leadership updates.
  • Represent Dodge professionally and build long-term client relationships based on trust and transparency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in consultative and solution-based selling, preferably in data, analytics, or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial, banking, institutional investor, insurance, and real estate communities.
  • Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth targets.
  • Experience operating in a multi-priority, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including opportunity management, pipeline tracking, and order processing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience delivering client-facing presentations via Teams, Webex, or similar virtual platforms.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to influence and lead discussions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer management skills.
  • Preferred: self-starter who is intuitive, curious, confident, tenacious, and bold in pursuing opportunities.
  • Preferred: knowledge of commercial construction.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
  • Expected travel of 40-50%.
  • Preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
