Description

  • Own relationships with large enterprise clients and serve as their primary point of contact during onboarding and beyond.
  • Guide clients in clarifying launch and scaling needs and show how the company can help them achieve their goals.
  • Shape partnership terms with prospective clients, including scope, pricing, and timelines.
  • Close deals efficiently by resolving concerns, confirming next steps, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular touchpoints and ongoing support.
  • Lead and inspire the Partnerships (GTM) team with drive, empathy, and high-velocity execution.
  • Own cross-functional projects that are top priorities for leadership.
  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to help manage the next level of scale.
  • Build and refine systems that improve GTM productivity and support future growth.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in sales, GTM, or a related role.
  • Operational excellence with the ability to produce a high volume of output each day.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience inspiring a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of getting the details right.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to take initiative in ambiguous situations.
  • Interest in healthcare and supporting healthcare innovation.
  • Hunger for self-improvement and a desire to work with high-performing teammates.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced startup culture, high autonomy, and big, complex problems.
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and restructure operations creatively.
  • Preference for working Eastern Time hours, with some flexibility.
