Description

  • Define and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed quota.
  • Prospect, qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities across assigned accounts.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic transactions through the sales process.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities across mid- to large enterprise accounts.
  • Drive expansion within existing customer accounts.
  • Present Rubrik solutions in complex data center design environments.
  • Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to accelerate growth.
  • Provide market feedback and identify new business opportunities and channel partnerships.
  • Work with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik channel partners to generate pipeline and exceed sales goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of tech sales closing experience, ideally in both IT infrastructure and SaaS, selling into mid- to large-sized organizations.
  • A consistent track record of landing new logos through self-sourced pipeline generation.
  • Experience translating IT pain points into business outcomes for complex solutions sold to IT personas.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC as a sales qualification tool and with command-of-the-message selling.
  • Experience working with channel partners and SDRs.
  • A highly driven, goal-oriented, and coachable mindset with integrity, grit, and tenacity.
  • Ability to build strong champions within customer organizations.
