Description

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new SMB prospects from initial outreach through closing.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Pursue and qualify sales leads for local small and midsize construction businesses.
  • Identify key decision makers and present Dodge products and services.
  • Conduct follow-up activities and manage pipeline progression to close new business.
  • Partner with senior sales personnel to build contacts and uncover sales opportunities.
  • Conduct prospect meetings via phone, email, video, chat, and in-person visits.
  • Attend and conduct local meet-and-greet events with prospects.
  • Maintain real-time CRM updates, forecasts, deal stages, close dates, and estimated values.
  • Send proposals and process contracts through company systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably selling SaaS or technology products/services.
  • Proven track record of consistently closing new business.
  • Experience in high-velocity, high-volume inside sales motions with SMB customers.
  • Ability to land and close most deals in under 2 weeks.
  • Experience with solution-based selling and coaching prospects on best practices.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and ability to navigate gatekeepers.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities and prioritize independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a related CRM, plus Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of SMB customer and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, plus active listening.
  • Ability to present to large groups, including internal stakeholders and prospects.
  • Remote candidates must be located in the continental U.S. and specifically in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for face-to-face meetings.
  • Background check required after a conditional offer.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 per year.
