Description

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new SMB prospects from prospecting through close.
  • Drive net new business and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
  • Pursue sales leads within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Identify key decision makers and introduce Dodge products and services.
  • Conduct follow-up activities and manage pipeline progression to close new business.
  • Partner with senior sales personnel to build contacts and uncover opportunities.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and communicate with prospects by phone, email, chat, and video.
  • Attend and/or host local meet-and-greet events to support prospecting efforts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, stage progression, close dates, notes, and deal values.
  • Send proposals and process contracts through company systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology products/services.
  • Proven success in high-velocity, high-volume inside sales with SMB customers.
  • Ability to land and close most deals in under 2 weeks.
  • Strong solution-based selling skills with the ability to uncover pain points and recommend solutions.
  • Exceptional objection handling skills and ability to navigate gatekeepers.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent sales opportunities and set priorities independently.
  • High organizational discipline, execution rigor, personal integrity, ownership of outcomes, and a coachable mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening ability.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and order management functionality.
  • Strong understanding of SMB customer and market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for in-person prospect meetings.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Must be located in the continental U.S., specifically in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
