Description

  • Drive new business through inbound and outbound phone outreach and mass communication tools such as email, social media, and Salesloft.
  • Generate top-of-funnel pipeline by executing high-volume prospecting through calls, texts, and emails.
  • Introduce Dodge products and services to potential clients and schedule demos.
  • Qualify prospective buyers and hand off sales opportunities to the sales team.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity quotas and sales lead targets.
  • Track and update activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce.
  • Use a consultative, solution-based selling approach in prospecting conversations.
  • Continuously self-monitor performance and improve results.
  • Follow standard operating procedures set by management to maximize success factors.
  • Achieve key performance indicators related to demos, lead-to-opportunity conversion, and opportunity-to-win ratio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong passion for pursuing a career in sales with high motivation and drive to succeed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sales aptitude.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of cold calling to build a pipeline.
  • Adaptability for learning job responsibilities and processes quickly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Results-driven and able to adapt in a fast-changing work environment.
  • Preferred proficiency in a CRM and desktop software such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web tools.
  • Some successful inside sales experience is preferred; experience in large SaaS organizations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
  • Expected travel is 5%.
