Description

  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and increase lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
  • Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Monitor marketing performance and report results to optimize and refine campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer and lifecycle marketing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal team members and cross-functional partners.
  • Attend webinars and training to remain up to date on company and department best practices.
  • Complete projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on customer and lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
