Description

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for group sales and events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, contracts, invoicing, and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Advise clients on customized experience configurations based on their needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact throughout the commercial process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with what was sold.
  • Support business development initiatives, networking, and promotional actions.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of proven experience in sales development, proactive sales, or high-volume commercial roles.
  • Advanced English level C1.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently in dynamic, metric-driven environments.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability to travel within the United States as needed for the role.
  • Remote availability for candidates in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, or Peru, in the specified cities.

Benefits

  • Salary of $900 to $1,800 per month.
