Description

  • Prospect B2B accounts in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Engage senior decision-makers such as C-level executives, asset managers, and investment directors.
  • Generate and qualify high-value commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain the CRM accurately and ensure strong data quality.
  • Schedule and follow up on commercial meetings, including Call 1 and Call 2.
  • Support opportunities through advanced stages toward closing.
  • Contribute to structuring the commercial area and sales processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in consultative B2B sales or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to hold professional conversations with senior decision-makers.
  • Autonomous, structured, and quality-oriented profile.
  • Strategic and consultative sales approach is valued.
  • Methodical work style and process orientation are valued.
  • Experience with account research and segmentation is valued.
  • Commercial discipline and consistent follow-up are valued.
  • Analytical ability and strategic thinking are valued.

Benefits

  • Remote work arrangement.
  • Part-time schedule, Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 15:00 Spain time.
  • Monthly compensation of $400 to $470.
