Description

  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and web inquiries in both English and Spanish.
  • Conduct initial case screenings for matters such as auto accidents and slip-and-fall incidents.
  • Read and analyze medical records to support intake evaluation.
  • Accurately enter and manage case information in CRM or case management systems.
  • Explain the intake process and next steps to prospective clients.
  • Schedule appointments with attorneys or legal staff.
  • Follow up with clients to collect documents and signatures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and legal compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and case teams.
  • Meet intake and conversion performance targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish and advanced English (C1), both spoken and written.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Intake Specialist with U.S. experience required.
  • Experience in personal injury matters.
  • Ability to read and understand medical records and medical terminology.
  • Experience with CRM or case management systems such as Clio, Filevine, or Litify.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professionalism and empathy when handling sensitive situations.

Benefits

  • Remote full-time position.
  • Salary of $950 to $1,000 per month.
  • Monday to Friday schedule.
