Description

  • Deliver legal documents to individuals in your assigned area.
  • Claim jobs, map stops, and track pay using the company mobile app.
  • Plan routes and work at times when people are more likely to be home.
  • Complete service attempts within required timeframes, including attempts every 48 hours where applicable.
  • Work independently while maintaining honesty, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Interact politely and personably with people encountered during document delivery.
  • Set and manage your own service areas and workload.
  • Follow court rules, civil procedure requirements, and applicable state laws.

Requirements

  • Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Must be tech savvy and able to use an iPhone, iPad, or Android smart device with a mobile app.
  • Must be able to scan and print documents.
  • Must be available to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Must be legally allowed to work in the United States without work authorization.
  • Some states require registration as a Process Server.
  • Some states require you to meet a minimum age to serve.
  • Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required.
