Description

Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, social media, and relationship-building activities.
Conduct consultative conversations with business owners and individuals to identify insurance needs.
Present customized commercial and personal lines insurance solutions.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline in the CRM.
Collaborate with Account Managers to support client service and retention.
Participate in weekly coaching, sales training, and professional development programs.

Requirements

2+ years of successful sales experience.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate leads, and build relationships.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfort working in a performance-driven sales environment.
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred, or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365.
