Description

  • Prospect for new business through calls, networking, referrals, emails, and meetings.
  • Build client relationships and assess customer needs.
  • Present insurance solutions to prospects and close sales.
  • Manage leads promptly and maintain accurate CRM discipline.
  • Maintain consistent activity to support production and lead-flow targets.
  • Work independently in a remote contractor setting while owning a book of business.

Requirements

  • Active P&C License is required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and based in Texas.
  • Sales experience is required.
  • Strong prospecting, networking, and closing skills are required.
  • Must be self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Must be coachable.
  • Must provide own equipment, including a laptop, phone, and internet.
  • Experience with CRM use and lead management is preferred.
  • Prior experience with Farmers products or insurance sales is beneficial.
