Description

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Engage decision-makers at B2B organizations, primarily in the tech sector.
  • Qualify leads by uncovering business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and generate pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate activity and opportunity records in the CRM.
  • Contribute to improved conversion rates by sharing feedback from outreach and qualification efforts.
  • Build strong knowledge of the product, ideal customer profile, and sales process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SDR or outbound B2B SaaS sales.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1) with clear, confident, and persuasive communication.
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and a growth mindset.
  • Familiarity with B2B tech environments and CRM tools.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PHT.
  • Ability to work remotely or onsite depending on operations.
