Description

  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery call through contract close.
  • Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Manage pipeline forecasting and follow-up in HubSpot.
  • Negotiate and close contracts aligned with business objectives.
  • Diagnose customer needs and guide prospects toward high-value solutions.
  • Use consultative selling methods to convert qualified prospects into revenue.

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of closing deals.
  • Advanced English level (C1) is required.
  • Experience using consultative sales frameworks such as Challenger or Sandler.
  • Advanced proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, strategic communication, and autonomy.
  • Problem-solving mindset and business-oriented perspective.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.
  • Location in Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Guatemala, or Colombia.
  • $1,700 to $2,000 monthly compensation.
