Description

  • Own the full new business sales cycle from prospecting through closing across the DACH region.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline, including daily multi-channel outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Use the company’s sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Leadfeeder, Outreach, Momentum, Sales Navigator, GetAccept, and Pandadoc, to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Work consultatively with prospects to understand their challenges and position Leadfeeder as a strategic solution.
  • Develop strong business acumen and a deep understanding of marketing and sales processes.
  • Become an expert in the company’s value propositions, target market, and target personas.
  • Navigate competitive sales situations by clearly communicating product value.

Requirements

  • Native-level or fully fluent German and fluent English are required.
  • 1+ years of success as an Account Executive with a strong sales track record, or 2+ years of business development experience, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • Experience in outbound B2B sales; SaaS experience is an advantage.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
  • Passion for sales and marketing technology.
  • Experience with Gap Selling, Solution Selling, or other sales methodologies.
  • Ability to execute in competitive sales environments and communicate product value effectively.
