Description

  • Introduce Green Earth’s investment funds to qualified U.S. investors and capital partners.
  • Identify and approach potential investors through direct outreach and relationship-building.
  • Manage the commercial sales process from initial conversation through commitment.
  • Build trust with investor networks and clearly explain the investment proposition.
  • Convert qualified interest into investor commitments.
  • Work closely with the Green Earth team while bringing independent initiative and market-driven execution.
  • Help build the U.S. fundraising engine from the ground up by opening doors and creating conversations.
  • Follow up professionally and turn relationships into long-term investor partnerships.

Requirements

  • Strong existing network in the U.S. investment market.
  • Experience with fundraising, private funds, alternative investments, or impact investing.
  • Ability to access qualified investors, family offices, RIAs, wealth managers, placement agents, or other capital introducers.
  • Comfortable helping build a young but ambitious U.S. investment platform.
  • Motivated by a commercial role with meaningful performance-based upside.
  • Proactive, independent, and highly results-oriented.
  • Able to communicate professionally and credibly with sophisticated investors.
  • Understands the importance of trust, follow-up, and credibility in investment sales.
  • Confident picking up the phone, opening conversations, and creating momentum.
  • Wants to help build something significant rather than just manage an existing pipeline.
