Description

  • Meet or exceed financial targets to support company profitability and growth.
  • Plan sales activities specific to D&F.
  • Identify and document account relationships and key contacts while maintaining strong organization.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel through the team.
  • Ensure CRM data is accurate, updated, and maintained.
  • Work with the Vice President of Sales to manage forecasts responsibly.
  • Partner with Operations and Solutions teams to align on customer needs and solution direction.
  • Lead within the Sales and Pre-Contract team while advocating for the voice of the customer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of technical sales experience.
  • 5+ years of solution sales experience.
  • Parcel or MHE solution sales experience preferred.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to understand the bigger picture.
  • Ability to think beyond your role while moving quickly to meet individual goals.
  • Mature, positive attitude.
