Description

  • Manage an enterprise portfolio of existing corporate clients and drive retention and growth.
  • Own the commercial relationship for existing business, including renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify new buying centers and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with budget owners and key decision makers across client organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with research and client strategy teams to support client needs and deliver value.
  • Create advocates for YipitData products and help clients find answers to their key business questions.
  • Manage the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, quarterly business reviews, renewal, and expansion.
  • Negotiate contracts with sophisticated procurement teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to building a newer business from the ground up in an entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

  • At least 6+ years of experience in subscription and/or research sales to large enterprise retailers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of client relationships, including onboarding, quarterly business reviews, renewals, and upsells.
  • Experience selling into large enterprises and negotiating contracts with sophisticated procurement teams.
  • Experience liaising with senior executives across functions such as strategy, sales, marketing, and data/analytics.
  • Experience managing a book of business and/or selling a new complex product or service.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including strong questioning skills.
  • High EQ and the ability to build warm client relationships quickly.
  • Resourcefulness, resilience, and comfort working through ambiguous problems.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping build a newer business from the ground up.
  • Must not currently require, or in the future require, visa sponsorship.
