Description

  • Drive outbound prospecting through email, phone, social channels, and inbound follow-up to generate qualified meetings for the AE team.
  • Execute targeted outreach cadences that balance personalization and scale while owning the top of funnel for assigned segments.
  • Qualify opportunities against MEDDPICC and maintain a healthy pipeline of high-quality prospects.
  • Meet weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets, including calls, emails, meetings, and SQLs.
  • Use CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Unify, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track activity and report funnel metrics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to test and improve messaging, campaigns, and inbound conversion flows.
  • Share customer insights, including buyer pain points, competitive signals, and feature requests, with Product and GTM teams.
  • Help evolve sales playbooks and onboarding materials for future SDR hires.
  • Learn core systems and internal databases to identify and target the right prospects.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of work experience, with SaaS, AI, or Investment Banking experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and meeting generation for quota-driven teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear outreach and lead discovery conversations.
  • Comfort with high activity levels and a metrics-driven approach to improvement.
  • Experience using a CRM and sales engagement tools, with willingness to learn new tooling and processes.
  • Grit, curiosity, and coachability to iterate quickly on feedback.
  • Ability to learn core systems and search existing customer databases for target accounts.
  • Passion for creators, video, audio, or modern content workflows is a plus.
  • Experience selling to marketing, learning and development, product, or media teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with audio/video creation workflows, startup environments, or enterprise buying groups is a plus.
