Description

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders and align agency capabilities with client business goals.
  • Synthesize multiple workstreams into a cohesive portfolio strategy across interdisciplinary teams.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, brief-led creative solutions.
  • Manage complex presentations and client conversations with internal leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Own portfolio financial health, including revenue forecasting, reconciliation, margin management, and profitability tracking.
  • Develop, price, and negotiate complex Statements of Work and high-volume retainers.
  • Manage scope across the portfolio and proactively mitigate contract and delivery risk.
  • Partner with Growth and Executive leadership on new business pitches and organic growth opportunities.
  • Directly manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing Client Partnership team.
  • Monitor team utilization and capacity while balancing delegation, client expectations, and escalations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive client services or account management experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience operating at Director level.
  • Proven success managing and growing a high-volume portfolio of brands, ideally across multi-service integrated digital retainers.
  • Experience leading short- and long-term business strategies for major brands and translating business challenges into creative and digital solutions.
  • Strong financial fluency with experience in revenue forecasting, profitability tracking, margin management, and pricing/SOW development.
  • Deep domain knowledge in digital transformation, organic social ecosystems, and creator/influencer-led marketing campaigns.
  • Experience directly managing, mentoring, and scaling client services teams.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills with the ability to build trusted-advisor relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with leadership and growth teams on new business pitches and productizing agency services.
