Description

  • Generate qualified leads to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Run discovery and qualification sessions to assess customer needs and forecast opportunities using MEDDPICC.
  • Negotiate pricing, packaging, and contract terms to close mutually beneficial deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to satisfy legal, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain disciplined sales activity and top-of-funnel execution to support quota attainment.
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews in Salesforce to ensure accurate coverage and forecasting.
  • Participate in deal reviews and pre-call planning to strategy on new business and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support smooth handoffs from pre-sale to post-sale.
  • Engage existing customers for referrals and expansion opportunities.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and adopt new systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales.
  • Experience selling into SLED markets.
  • Experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, or related fields is required.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistent quota attainment.
  • Strong understanding of MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
  • Must be located in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, or California, with California preferred.
  • Domestic and international travel is required.
  • Customer-first attitude with a focus on delivering value.
