Description

  • Proactively engage and qualify a high volume of inbound leads from aspiring fund managers.
  • Drive consultative sales conversations to understand client goals and position Decile Hub and Start Fund as solutions.
  • Deliver tailored product demos that showcase the platform’s value for fund setup, operations, and growth.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, including follow-ups, forecasting, and deal progression.
  • Build trusted client relationships through personalized outreach by phone, email, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person events.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation strategies and share market feedback with leadership.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor venture capital trends, competitor activity, and industry changes to stay competitive.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales success.
  • Direct experience in the venture capital ecosystem, ideally with fund managers, investors, or related platforms.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deep proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience with outreach tools and digital communication technologies.
  • A strategic, consultative, client-centric sales approach.
  • Strong multitasking, pipeline management, and follow-through skills.
  • A proactive, resilient mindset suited to a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A strong commitment to Decile Group’s mission to transform and democratize venture capital.
