Description

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to increase adoption and dealer engagement.
  • Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities to improve utilization of platform features.
  • Deliver monthly Executive Business Reviews and Impact Reviews with customer stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build long-term stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and escalation management to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, introduce new features, and support customer renewals.
  • Manage occasional training and coordinate smooth onboarding and implementation for new users.
  • Maintain implementation plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the liaison between sales and implementation during onboarding.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing feedback with internal teams and contributing to process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role in an automotive software company.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Jira.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
  • Collaborative mindset and passion for driving customer success and outcomes.
  • Must reside within the assigned region: Midwest (including Canada), Southeast, or Mid-Atlantic.
  • Frequent same-day travel to client sites is required, with occasional overnight stays, periodic trips to Austin, TX headquarters, and air travel up to 20%.
  • Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
