Description

  • Assist the Executive Director in representing Acumen to state partners, local program staff, clients, and other stakeholders across Texas.
  • Supervise staff, including interviewing, selecting, training, motivating, evaluating performance, and supporting wage and salary administration.
  • Develop goals and procedures to help ensure team and operational objectives are achieved.
  • Stay current on program rules, regulations, and implementation requirements and communicate them clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support clients through enrollment by processing paperwork, managing electronic communications, and entering accurate data into multiple databases.
  • Provide timely day-to-day support to clients and research and resolve client inquiries and escalated issues.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable team with researching billing issues and claims.
  • Manage Electronic Visit Verification implementation and maintenance, including adoption efforts and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with other FMS contractors and training contractors on referrals, transfers, training needs, and customer service responses.
  • Represent Acumen at conferences, trade shows, forums, and stakeholder events, including public speaking and reporting on brand reputation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience supervising staff and managing direct and indirect responsibilities.
  • Ability to understand and communicate program rules, regulations, and implementation needs.
  • Strong data entry and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple databases and meet deadlines.
  • Experience providing client support, resolving inquiries, and handling escalated issues.
  • Ability to research billing issues and claims with Accounts Receivable or similar teams.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements under state and federal guidelines.
  • Ability to manage Electronic Visit Verification processes and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, week nights, and holidays.
  • Ability to support cybersecurity policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
