Description

  • Own the commercial roadmap and revenue growth targets for a dedicated pod of high-priority brand accounts.
  • Lead weekly pod syncs to review open opportunities and maintain accurate weighted pipeline forecasts.
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineers to identify upsell triggers for new AdTech, MarTech, and advanced service offerings.
  • Create and deliver business reviews and pitch decks that demonstrate ROI and business impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders on key accounts.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for at-risk accounts and help rebuild confidence with senior client stakeholders.
  • Lead complex, multi-year, and high-value renewal and pricing negotiations to protect profitability and mutual value.
  • Coach and mentor team members through client presentations, business reviews, and high-stakes pitches.
  • Share frontline feedback on service gaps and product needs with executive leadership to influence roadmap priorities.
  • Improve client engagement models and internal processes to streamline delivery and raise work quality across departments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, consultancy, or ad-tech with a focus on client success, revenue retention, and business development.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth and retention targets on a personal book of business.
  • Experience selling or consulting on at least two of the following: Programmatic/Media tools such as DV360, TTD, SA360, Amazon, or Social; Analytics tools such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics; Data Science/Cloud solutions such as MMM or propensity modeling.
  • Experience selling or consulting on cloud-based solutions or advanced analytics projects is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and drive upsell and cross-sell revenue growth.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to turn data into narratives for non-technical executive audiences.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead clients through industry changes such as privacy changes and cookie deprecation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Advertising preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working across programmatic, paid search, and cloud/analytics conversations is desirable.

  • Base salary of $115,000 to $135,000 per year.
  • Semi-annual individual bonus eligibility based on performance.
