Description

  • Conduct structured discovery workshops with client stakeholders to capture workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical workflows, automations, and integrations.
  • Configure, test, and deploy solutions to support smooth go-live and customer adoption.
  • Build and customize workflow automations using APIs, scripts, or low-code platforms.
  • Diagnose integration issues, remove blockers, and iterate based on client feedback.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact during onboarding and ongoing customer success efforts.
  • Provide deployment feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities.
  • Develop and expand support for DBSync’s portfolio of cloud applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience shipping production integrations.
  • 4–8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role where you wrote and owned the code.
  • Experience in roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or similar.
  • Strong coding ability in Python, Java, Go, or a similar language.
  • Deep familiarity with SaaS systems, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and authentication patterns such as OAuth, API keys, and SSO basics.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms, CI/CD, and basic observability or monitoring tools.
  • Comfort with SQL and at least one BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Superset.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, loosely scoped situations and drive toward a working solution.
  • Excellent communication skills for workshops, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM or agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with RAG pipelines, prompt/eval design, or AI observability and guardrails is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience embedded on-site with enterprise clients during implementation is strongly preferred.
  • Background in consulting or early-stage startup environments is nice to have.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Location requirement: Mexico, remote within the LATAM region.
  • Shift requirement: U.S. hours, 8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST.
