Description

  • Lead and expand Datadog’s global strategic partnerships with key cloud providers.
  • Drive joint revenue opportunities through marketplace transactions, co-selling initiatives, and cloud funding programs.
  • Collaborate with cloud providers and internal sales, marketing, and product teams to launch integrated solutions, campaigns, and enablement programs.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to align technical integrations and support cloud service partnerships.
  • Train and support sales teams on cloud partnership value, co-sell motions, and marketplace offerings.
  • Track partnership performance using pipeline, revenue, and incentive metrics.
  • Refine partnership strategy based on performance results to maximize impact.
  • Execute agreements and support ongoing partner management activities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partner-facing business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a cloud services or SaaS organization.
  • Experience driving sales, partner-sourced, and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them clearly in speaking and writing.
  • Experience working with Cloud Alliances and Tech Alliances (other ISVs) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the cloud ecosystem and cloud technologies.
  • Strategic, execution-focused approach to partner management and revenue growth.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
