Description

  • Prospect and close new business with large Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Run an efficient sales process across assigned territory opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and own relationship maps for the territory, including existing and prospective contacts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business and drivers.
  • Negotiate pricing and business terms by selling value and ROI.
  • Manage existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth in the territory.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness in resolving complex sales challenges.
  • Identify the key business drivers behind opportunities and build customer validation.
  • Maintain high forecasting accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of closing experience in field sales, mid-market, or enterprise selling.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding direct sales goals of 1M+.
  • Average deal size of $100k+ experience.
  • Ability to prospect and build pipeline independently.
  • Experience selling at an innovative tech company, with SaaS or IT infrastructure preferred.
  • Experience selling into large Fortune 1000 companies and winning new logos.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to client sites within your area and other regions.
  • Passion for technology and interest in growing skills.
  • Preferred familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and Command of the Message.
