Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Create and execute a strategic territory plan to attract and close business.
  • Leverage cross-functional relationships with business development, marketing, regional partners, and system integrators to support sales efforts.
  • Accurately forecast sales and deliver a predictable sales cycle.
  • Engage upper management and navigate complex sales cycles to move deals forward.
  • Challenge and consult with prospects through a value-based sales motion from discovery to proof of concept and purchase order.
  • Participate in industry events and represent Veracode with vendors and thought leaders.
  • Continuously pursue sales training and learning opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in large enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience selling technical B2B SaaS solutions to large enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Working knowledge of Force Management and MEDPICC deal qualification.
  • Ability to map and navigate complex relationships and develop champions across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience engaging executive sponsors and upper management in complex sales cycles.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience with strategic territory planning (preferred).
  • Experience selling into large enterprise accounts (required).
