Description

  • Consult with managers and people generalists on complex employee performance and conduct concerns.
  • Conduct workplace investigations by gathering facts, analyzing evidence, and applying relevant policies, guidelines, and laws.
  • Prepare investigation reports and draft disciplinary documentation as needed.
  • Track cases and work progress in the case management system.
  • Partner with Employment Legal, Compliance, and other internal investigative bodies on sensitive issues.
  • Work with the People Partner team to manage investigations, disciplinary matters, and performance management situations.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with European Works Councils and Employee Representative Bodies.
  • Support scalable employee relations solutions that enable the company to grow quickly and flexibly.

Requirements

  • Considerable employee relations experience across multiple countries in Europe.
  • Experience partnering strategically with managers up through the Senior Director level.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and coach managers on complex employee issues.
  • Direct experience conducting corporate investigations of sensitive workplace concerns.
  • Ability to multitask, work through ambiguity, influence decision-makers, and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience coordinating internal resources to develop solutions for emerging issues.
  • Experience with Works Councils or Employee Representative Boards in various European countries.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Law degree or graduate degree in labor or industrial relations preferred.
  • Multi-language skills are a plus.
