Description

  • Serve as the main technical voice for multiple enterprise customers.
  • Define and direct the technical strategy for key accounts in partnership with the Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Guide customers through evaluation and adoption of Databricks as part of their transformation strategy.
  • Implement account-level technical strategy in close alignment with the broader sales strategy.
  • Build and develop technical champions within customer organizations.
  • Align customer technical initiatives around Databricks solutions.
  • Provide structured mentorship and guidance to other team members.
  • Work with handoff resources to support proofs of concept and product demonstrations.
  • Engage with executives, influencers, and decision-makers to drive account success.

Requirements

  • Experience in pre-sales, technical account management, or technical leadership roles.
  • Successful track record helping large enterprises become more data-driven.
  • Experience working with very large global accounts with more than $1M ARR.
  • Proficiency leading virtual teams to successful outcomes within an account.
  • Ability to build relationships with executives and influencers.
  • Experience presenting a compelling point of view to senior decision-makers.
  • Technical background in big data, data science, and cloud.
  • Understanding of data-driven business transformation and change management.
  • Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
  • Databricks Certification is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $180,000 to $247,500 USD.
